Today is Global Running Day which takes place on the first Wednesday in June. Take part in this worldwide celebration by completing a walk, run or wheel! This day is an important reminder for us to move. It doesn't matter if you move for 10 minutes or 10 kilometers!⁣⁣

Keeping active helps us in many ways to stay healthy, especially during these times. Daily movement is something I remind myself to do everyday and have been encouraging patients to as well 👣❤⁣💪⁣
